Job Description for Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at *Arora Engineering Works*. If you have a passion for sales, client coordination, and product knowledge, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Communicate product information effectively in English and Hindi.
- Generate leads, manage product inquiries, follow-ups, and close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Report updates to management regularly.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Actively learn about new products and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A mechanical background (B.Tech, M.Tech, Polytechnic in Mechanical or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Job Location:
Ghaziabad (Near Punjab Expeller Compound, Near Fawara Chowk)
Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Depends on interview)
